browsable images Canvas HTML Files Arabidopsis protein sequences have been presented as a canvas with colored squares, were the color composition reflects the level of sequence homology to S. cerevisiae, H. sapiens, and C. elegans. The canvas was generated and saved in two formats, with 4x4 pixel squares representing Arabidopsis proteins and with 7x7 pixel squares.
