Arabidopsis annotated genes are represented by 8x8 pixel squares. The position of every gene reflects its position on the Arabidopsis chromosomes. The gene squares are clickable and linked to the corresponding files in the MPSS Arabidopsis database.

Gene expression in callus is reflected by the portion of the red component in the final color, and expression in silique is reflected by the portion of the green component in the final color.
